Refund Policy

Investments on Tesla Optimus are subject to market risk and are generally non-refundable once an investment plan has been activated. Funds credited to your platform balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate deposits caused by processor error.
• Deposits that were not credited to your balance within 72 hours of confirmed payment.
• Amounts collected due to a proven, platform-side billing error.

How to request a refund

Contact support@teslatradingem.com from the email address associated with your account and include your transaction ID. Requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days.

Investment risk
